We offer Kızılay Minarel Waters with rich mineral and magnesium contents in different tastes and bottle options!
The hot or cold underground waters, which naturally exist at various depths of the earth crust in suitable geological conditions and contain minimum 1000mg/l dissolved minerals and/or trace elements and carbohydrates in their natural structure and which expose to the surface on their own or which are extracted by using technical methods, are traditionally called mineral water.
With all its mineral contents, Mineral Water is exposed to the surface by finding its own way out through the cracks under the ground and it is completely ‘natural’. Carbonated water is water that is obtained by applying carbon dioxide gas to water and the beverages made of water during production, and does not contain any minerals.
Plain mineral water never goes off unless it is opened. The only reason for placing expiry date on products is the leakage and reduction of carbon dioxide gas from the cap and pack.
The public term ‘acidic’ used for beverages actually refers to ‘carbon dioxide’ gas contained in them. Carbon dioxide gas makes it easier to drink beverages because it temporarily desensitizes our tastes when it touches our tongue. In the production of fizzy drinks, a special carbon dioxide gas, which is produced by very special processes, is used with 99,99% purity for food production.
With mineral contents and quality assessed in London in 1932; KIZILAY MINERAL WATER has been honored to receive the “Grand Prix” and “Golden Medal”.
